LOS ANGELES — Veteran actor Will Smith, 46, paid homage to his loving wife of two decades on “Black Girls Rock” before grabbing her booty on national television. The BET female special aired on Sunday. Jada Pinkett Smith, 43, was the proud recipient of the Star Power Award. While paying tribute, Will first joked that he attended the event to add “a little testosterone in the room.” Moments later he recalled the time he received a Google alert that supposedly had Jada filing for a divorce.

The rumor, of course, was false. But it served as an alarming wake-up call for Will who’s taking nothing for granted these days. “In that brief moment my heart jumped for a second. And I started to imagine what my life would’ve been like without that woman,” he said.
After reflecting on their 20-year relationship, Will spoke to Jada directly, saying, “For living your dreams out loud, baby, for modeling an alternate way of being in this world, I present to you, along with BET, the Black Girls’ Star Power Award. Baby, c’mon and get it!”
As she was being showered with applause, an elated Jada sauntered to the stage to receive her trophy. However, before she could collect her hardware, Will gave her a long smack on the lips coupled with a firm booty grab to cement the memorable occasion.
Congrats Jada on the special honor! Black girls really do rock!
