LOS ANGELES — Gwen Stefani has reportedly struck a deal in her divorce settlement with estranged husband Gavin Rossdale and it looks like she’s gonna come out ahead. The ‘No Doubt’ singer will receive joint custody of the couple’s three children which includes a 50/50 split in physical custody. Gavin, however, will have the kids the majority of the time because of Gwen’s challenging tour schedule. As far as assets are concerned, Gwen and Gavin never prepared a prenuptial agreement.

Therefore, under California law, they’re entitled to a 50 percent share in community property. But we learned Gavin agreed to a lesser percentage to finalize the settlement quickly. The couple disputed rumors that they’re fighting over money. Gwen filed for divorce in August after 13 years of marriage.

She cited irreconcilable differences.

Gwen, 46, is worth roughly $80 million.

Gavin, 49, is worth around $35 million.
